    We are desirous of applying for membership of PATA India Chapter. Information given above are true and correct to the best of our knowledge.

    We understand that membership is automatically renewed on April 01 every year for the financial year, and we have to pay our Annual Membership fee on receipt of invoice from PATA India Chapter, within 45 days of issuance of invoice by the Chapter. Failure to do so, may result in discontinuation of our membership at the discretion of PATA India Chapter.
